Welcome to the Rock
St. Lorenz Youth Ministry Mission Statement
“The St. Lorenz Youth Ministry is a Christ-centered ministry for supporting the diverse spiritual needs of the youth and their families. Activities and programs will focus on relationship building, first with their Savior Jesus Christ and then with their parents, family members*, and one another. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we will facilitate outreach, service to God and the community, and strengthening the spiritual walk of our youth.”

The first one for the fall will be Friday, September 5th. The Rock will be open from 9:30 -11:30 pm.
Saturday, September 13th. Shifts are 8:00 – 10:00 am and 10:00 until 12 noon.
On September 7th, while your student is signing yearbooks, we will be meeting with all Freshman parents. We will present the Bible studies, year’s activities, and how you can be involved.

We have received a wide assortment of tools for the Rock. The only thing we are still in need of is screwdrivers. If you have extra ones you no longer need, please give us a call at the Rock.
 Sunday, September 7th at the Rock 7:00 – 8:00 pm. All those who attended St. Lorenz School stop by and pick up your yearbook and have it signed by your classmates that evening.
High school age Bible Studies will begin the week of September 7th.
Sunday Morning Bible Study Breakfast – Grades 8-12 co-ed, meets Sunday morning, 9:30 am at the Rock. Leader is Mike Potter. First meeting will be Sunday, September 14th.
7th Grade Bible Study Breakfast – Sunday morning, 9:30 am at the Rock. The leader will be Kim Koehler. Your first meeting will be September 14th.
Tuesday Morning Breakfast Club – Grades 9-12, co-ed. 7:15 am – 7:55 am at the Rock. Breakfast available for $1.00, video (10-12 minutes) – devotional thought. Begins September 9th.
