Ministry statement:

The Lord has blessed me with a rich variety of experiences in the many years that I have served as a teacher. I am always excited about sharing these experiences with my students as I help them see God’s power in history, God’s majesty in His creation, and His love in the Gospel message.

Have you seen the cards for Emily yet?   In last week's memo it was explained that the students at St. Lorenz worked together on a project in honor of their fellow student, Emily Long, and her father, Dan Long.  Emily and Dan were killed in a car accident last March on their way to school.

On their annual trip to the Midland Center for the Arts and Sciences, the fifth graders got to see many costumes that originally were worn in famous movies.  They also learned some interesting facts about the history of Michigan and explored many hands-on exhibits.  After a picnic lunch, they took a guided tour of beautiful Dow Gardens.  The weather was gorgeous, and seeing God's marvelous creation was a reminder of what a great God we have!  Pictures of our trip can be viewed in the class photo gallery.
