College: Judson College, Concordia University, Chicago

Subjects Taught: Bible Study, History, 7th. Eastern Hemisphere Geography

Ministry Statement:  This is my 40th. year serving my Lord Jesus Christ in Teaching Ministry.  I am glad to spend the time witnessing the Love Christ daily to and with my students!

Ministry Statement:  I am thankful for the opportunity to teach and minister to the junior high students.  Sharing the wonder of God's creation through studying science is such a blessing.

Cards for Emily

Have you seen the cards for Emily yet?   In last week's memo it was explained that the students at St. Lorenz worked together on a project in honor of their fellow student, Emily Long, and her father, Dan Long.  Emily and Dan were killed in a car accident last March on their way to school. 
 Monies from this project will go towards memorials for the Long family, including the lilac bush that the students planted last spring in Dan and Emily's honor, the CAN (Child Abuse and Neglect) Council of Saginaw and the Student Aid Fund.
At the end of last school year, every child at St. Lorenz created a piece of artwork.  Many of these have been made into cards and are now for sale at the Early Childhood Reception Desk between 8 am and 3 pm.  You can purchase a bundle of 10 cards for $20.  If you would like to purchase your child's or a special child's artwork, please fill out the form at the reception desk and returned by November 21st.  To view your child's artwork in advance, please stop by the reception desk.  Cards will be delivered by December 15th.
